The Challenge
As Womandla continued to grow, more women and community members were looking for ways to learn, connect, and be part of something meaningful. However, the existing website made it difficult to clearly understand what Womandla offers or how to get involved.
For someone visiting the site, it felt unclear and overwhelming. The intention was there, but the experience did not fully reflect the impact of the work being done. This made it harder for Womandla to connect with the people who needed them most and to grow their community in a meaningful way.
What We Did
Big Beard Web Solutions reimagined the website as a space that feels clear, welcoming, and easy to engage with. The focus was on making sure that anyone visiting the site can quickly understand what Womandla stands for and feel encouraged to be part of it.
The structure and flow were simplified so visitors can move through the site with ease, whether they are looking to learn more, explore programmes, or find ways to get involved. Womandla’s story, impact, and community were brought to the forefront, allowing the heart of the organisation to come through more naturally.
The result is a website that feels more aligned with who Womandla is today. It supports their growth by making it easier for people to connect, trust the organisation, and take that next step, whether that is joining a programme, supporting the mission, or simply feeling inspired by the work being done.
