OptiGrowth’s website had an existing structure, but users often struggled to access key insights quickly. The client found themselves spending hours responding to routine queries, while visitors navigated multiple pages to find information. A solution was needed to provide immediate, personalised responses for users while reducing administrative demands and improving the overall experience.
What We Did
Big Beard Web Solutions added a custom chatbot (OptiBot) to the OptiGrowth website, designed to act as a knowledge base for users. The chatbot was trained using documents, FAQs, and other resources, allowing it to provide accurate, tailored answers instantly. For queries the chatbot could not resolve, users were directed to the client, ensuring personalised support where necessary. The integration led to immediate benefits: within the first week, around 25 users signed up for one of OptiGrowth’s offerings, and by the sixth day, OptiBot handled 36 conversations and 235 messages. This solution simplified user interactions, reduced administrative workload, and created a seamless, efficient experience for visitors.
