JOB OVERVIEW
Big Beard Web Solutions is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing and brand-building efforts that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. In addition to core marketing responsibilities, this role includes active participation in manual and functional software testing to ensure product excellence and a consistent user experience. This position is ideal for a marketing professional who is passionate about both customer-centric storytelling and quality digital products. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to align marketing campaigns with product development cycles, ensuring brand visibility and software reliability go hand-in-hand.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, email, social media, events) to position Big Beard Web Solutions competitively.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, Google Ads, social media, and retargeting initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and user persona development to guide messaging and campaign direction.
- Manage and optimize CRM platforms and email marketing campaigns to support lead generation and nurturing workflows.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Development, Design) to create campaigns aligned with product roadmaps and business goals.
- Design, brief, and coordinate the creation of marketing materials, sales decks, case studies, and digital assets.
- Maintain the company’s website, blog, and landing pages using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress), ensuring SEO and UX standards are met.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Insights, and others.
- Support event planning, product launches, webinars, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all external communications and channels.
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and brand strategy.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency with:
- Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Adobe Creative Suite
- CRM/CMS: WordPress, HubSpot CRM, Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data for decision-making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, creative thinker with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
