She makes decisions quickly, which are usually backed by prior research and brainstorming sessions. This type of leader is creative and innovative. This is reflected by how clients react to your product or service offerings. They fall in love with your brand, in large part due to your visionary leader having looked five or even 10 years into the future of your business!

The Coach Leader

Coaching is the act of helping someone to improve their performance. Coaches are often asked to give constructive feedback, help with goal setting and provide encouragement when things aren’t going well. They can also be a sounding board for ideas and suggestions. This leadership style employs great listening skills coupled with hard-won experience and is a great fit for those starting their career or for those who’ve plateaued in their profession.

The Strategic Leader

The strategic leader understands the business and the market. They know what the company must do to succeed. This leader understands how each part of the business contributes to its success. This kind of leader can also see connections between different parts of your organisation and knows which resources are best invested to get great results. A strategic leader knows how to manifest short-, mid- and long-term objectives.

No matter the type of leader you are, it’s important to understand your role in the organisation. In fact, each type of leader has their own strengths and weaknesses. For example, an executive leader is good at making decisions quickly without getting bogged down by details. However, if they don’t have any vision for what the future looks like or where the company might go next, then this approach can cause tremendous damage.
